Refund and Cancellation Policy

ACS Publisher reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Fraudulent Transactions: If a fraudulent transaction is suspected.
• Violation of Terms: If a customer undertakes a transaction not in accordance with our Terms of Use.
• Logistical Difficulties: For reasons beyond ACS Publisher's control, including delivery-related logistical issues.

Refund and Cancellation Conditions

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

   • If the buyer cancels the order before the product is shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment (But Before Delivery):

   • If the item has been shipped but not yet delivered, the order can still be cancelled online.
   • Refund Policy: The order amount will be refunded after deducting shipment and handling charges, once the originally ordered item is returned intact to the courier (as per the Non-Delivery Report - NDR).

3. Order Cancellation After Delivery:

   • Once the order is delivered, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

4. Online Download Data:

   • If the item includes downloadable data, cancellation will not be possible.

5. Failed Transactions/Double Charges:

   • In the case of failed transactions or double charges for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded to the buyer.

6. Bank/Card Transaction Charges:

   • For cancelled orders or failed transactions, bank/card transaction charges (if applicable) may be forfeited.

7. Refund Timeliness:

   • ACS Publisher offers no guarantees regarding the accuracy or timeliness of refunds to the buyer's card/account.

8. Partial Cancellations:

   • In the case of partial cancellations, the refund amount will correspond to the canceled portion of the order.
