General Terms and Conditions

  1. Order Processing:
    Orders will be processed only upon the full realization of the subscription amount and acceptance of the terms and conditions.

  2. For Indian Libraries/Institutes:
    Libraries and institutes in India are required to place their orders on the official letterhead of the institution. Students must submit proof of affiliation with their respective institutions.

  3. Content Guidelines:
    Any content deemed inappropriate will be promptly removed from the website.

  4. Print Copies Dispatch:
    Print copies will be dispatched directly by the respective society/publisher.

  5. Agency Discount:
    Discounts are allowed to subscription agents approved by the Good Office Committee only.

  6. Multi-User Access and Site Licensing:
    For multi-user access and site licensing, please contact us at info@acspublisher.com.

  7. Subscription Inquiry:
    To subscribe, please contact us at subscription@acspublisher.com.

  8. Right to Amend Policies:
    ACS Publisher reserves the right to amend or change the access and subscription policies at its discretion.

For Journals

Access Policy

  1. Online Access Activation:
    Online access will be activated within 24 hours of payment realization, subject to the receipt of correct information regarding the username/IP of the subscriber.

  2. Access Restrictions:
    Access will be blocked if the same username logs in simultaneously from two different IPs. If the user requests such access, valid reasons must be provided for consideration.

  3. Sample Issues:
    Sample issues for each publication are available upon request.

Trial Access Policy

  1. Eligibility:
    Trial access is available only to institutional subscribers.

  2. Denial of Access:
    ACS Publisher reserves the right to deny any trial access request without providing reasons.

  3. Trial Access Limits:
    Trial access can only be availed once per institution during each subscription year.

  4. Access Duration:
    Trial access is IP-based and valid for 30 days from the date of activation. For any extension requests, please contact acspublisher.com.

Subscription Policy

  1. Online Subscription:
    Online subscriptions include access to current issues plus all previously published content.

  2. Print Subscription:
    Print subscriptions are volume-based, while online subscriptions follow a calendar-year model. Even if the print version is delayed by the publisher, online renewal must be completed on time.

  3. Annual Price Changes:
    Subscription rates for all journals are subject to change on October 1st each year. Any access after this date will require payment of the new subscription rates.

Payment Policy

  1. Payment Methods:
    Payments can be made via Draft/Cheque, favouring ACS Publisher, payable at New Delhi. Outstation cheques are subject to an additional charge of Rs. 150.

  2. Bank Transfer:
    Payments can also be made through Bank Transfer. For bank details, please contact acspublisher@gmail.com.

  3. Postal Charges:
    Subscription rates include postal charges and online access.

  4. Refunds:
    Once an order is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  5. Price Changes:
    Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
