GUIDELINES AND PUBLICATION PROCESS FOR AUTHORS
SAJSSH PEER REVIEW PROCESS
All the papers submitted to SAJSSH journal are fully peer-reviewed by the reviewers and editors assigned by the journal management. Editorial boards are comprised of highly qualified teachers and scholars selected based on their experience and expertise in a particular subject area.
Authors must submit their papers to SAJSSH journal via online portal https://acspublisher.com/journals/index.php/sajssh/about/submissions. Papers are then directed to Editors according to subject area.
Editors make a preliminary assessment of whether the paper is suitable for the journal. This assessment takes into account the quality of the manuscript and the relevance of the subject matter. If the manuscript does not fulfil these criteria, it is rejected immediately. If it does, the Editor will send the paper out for review to a minimum of two Reviewers.
Reviewers review the manuscript in the specified time period and based on these reviews, the Editor decides whether to:
(a) Accept the manuscript without further revisions
(b) Request further minor or major revisions
(c) Reject the paper
If further revisions are requested, the authors are asked to complete these before resubmitting their manuscript to the Editor. If necessary, the revised manuscript is sent once again for review by the Reviewers. The Editor then makes a final decision whether to accept or reject the manuscript.
SAJSSH adheres to a ‘double-blind’ peer review; author names are revealed to the reviewers however, reviewer identities remain anonymous.
MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
Authors are cordially invited to submit manuscripts to the editorial office through online portal to: https://acspublisher.com/journals/index.php/sajssh/about/submissions
Acknowledgement will be sent immediately upon receiving of a manuscript.
All manuscripts submitted to the South Asian Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities are subject to double-blind peer review. The manuscripts are evaluated by external reviewers and refereed within one month (average time for review; might varying from 2 weeks to 4 weeks).
It is mandatory for all the authors to fill, sign and submit the SAJSSH’s Copyright Form along with the manuscript. You can download this form from the Author Guidelines section.
