Authors Guideline

Guidelines for Manuscript Submission

  1. Originality:

    • Manuscripts must be original work, previously unpublished, and not under review with another journal.
  2. Language:

    • Papers must be written in English.
  3. Formatting Requirements:

    • Font: Times New Roman, size 12
    • Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
    • Margins: 1.0-inch on all sides (A4 paper)
    • File Format: Submissions should include a PDF and a plagiarism check report.
    • Software Compatibility: Manuscripts must be compatible with Microsoft Word 2010 or higher versions.
  4. Manuscript Structure:

    • Page 1:
      • Title: Limit to 20 words
      • Author Names and Affiliations: Maximum 6 lines
      • Abstract: Limit to 250 words (not counted as part of the paper text)
      • Keywords: Minimum 5 and maximum 10 keywords
    • Page 2 onwards:
      • Body of the Article
      • References
      • Appendices
  5. Article Length:

    • Full papers should be between 2,500 to 5,000 words.
  6. Manuscript Sections:

    • Introduction
    • Literature Review
    • Objective of the Study
    • Scope of the Study
    • Research Methodology/Data Analysis
    • Findings & Suggestions
    • Conclusions
    • (Note: The structure may vary depending on the nature of the research.)
  7. Co-authors:

    • There is no limit on the number of co-authors per paper.
  8. References:

    • References must be in alphabetical order by author and adhere to the APA style (American Psychological Association). For more details, visit APA Style Guide.
    • Authors are responsible for providing complete and accurate citations.
  9. Supporting Files:

    • All figures, illustrations, tables, and images must be included within the text.
  10. Appendices:

  • The title of each appendix should be centered, bold-faced, and in sentence case.
  1. Running Head and Page Numbers:
  • Every page should contain a short running head and page number, right justified.

  • Manuscripts should have 1-inch margins (2.54 cm), as reviewers often prefer to write notes on them.
  1. Peer Review:
  • All submissions will undergo peer review by subject experts. The editorial board reserves the right to accept or reject papers.
