Abstract

Studies on the relative efficacy of plant extracts carried out in vitro and in vivo conditions indicated that the garlic clove and neem seed karnel exract could provide maximum inhibition of mycelial growth and spore germination of the fungus in vitro. Garlic clove (10%) and neem seed karnel (10%), provided effective control of blight disease and significant increase in the cumin seed yield under field conditions.
