Tongue is said to be the mirror of stomach, a healthy tongue is known to be free from discomfort, such as pain, stinging, burning, swelling, excrescences or numbness. Tongue diagnosis is practiced in all medical systems since ancient times. For remedy selection in homoeopathy, tongue is a significant part of physical generals which can result in change of remedy in slightest of alteration in its presentation. Here in this review, an effort is taken upon, to visualize a few common tongue presentations seen in daily practice.
