Guide for Authors

The Global Journal of Sciences invites authors to submit their original manuscripts via the  website:

Review Process

All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure high-quality publications. If authors do not receive feedback within two months of submission, they are encouraged to contact the journal's editor directly for updates.

Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English, free from grammatical and typographical errors.

Initial Submission:

Manuscripts can be submitted in PDF format initially. During the revision stage, however, authors will be required to submit their work in either Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) or LaTeX format (.tex).

Paper Template:

As of January 2025, manuscripts are required to include the following sections:

  • Author Contributions
  • Acknowledgments
  • Conflict of Interest
  • Funding
  • Data Availability Statements

If any of these sections are not applicable, please indicate by stating "Not Applicable."

Authors may submit their manuscripts using either Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats. Templates for both formats can be downloaded below:

While initial submissions need not adhere strictly to the journal template, revised versions must conform to it.

Before submitting a revised manuscript, authors should:

  1. Use MathType software for equations (if applicable) or LaTeX.
  2. Provide an institutional email address (if available) as the primary contact in the manuscript.
  3. Submit the revised manuscript in the appropriate format (Word or LaTeX) if you require a quicker publication process after acceptance. Otherwise, it is not necessary, as the journal's management team will handle the formatting.

 

The Global Journal of Sciences is an open-access international journal, dedicated to providing free and unrestricted access to scientific knowledge. We are pleased to inform all authors that manuscript submission and publication are entirely free for each article. Moreover, there will be no publication charges for manuscripts submitted and accepted before the end of December 2025.
