Author Guidelines

1. Submission Policy

  1. Manuscripts and communications are accepted on the understanding that they have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  2. Manuscripts must be written in a form suitable for publication. The use of complicated notations should be avoided as far as possible.

  3. Manuscripts may be submitted directly to the Editorial Office by email.

  4. Authors are required to submit a soft copy of the manuscript prepared in LaTeX/TeX format.

2. Manuscript Structure

All submitted manuscripts must include the following components:

  1. Title

  2. Author name(s)

  3. Affiliation(s)

  4. Email address(es)

  5. Abstract

  6. Introduction

  7. Main body

  8. Results and discussion

  9. Conclusions

  10. Acknowledgments (if applicable)

  11. References

3. Reference Style

References in the text must appear in square brackets and should be placed before punctuation marks.

Examples:
[1]
[1–3]
[1,3]

Format for Journal Articles

Author A., Author B., and Author C. Title of the article. Journal Name Year, Volume, Page range.

Format for Books

Author A., Author B., and Author C. Book Title. Edition. Publisher, Country.

4. Editorial Decision

The decision to accept or reject a manuscript for publication rests entirely with the Editorial Board.

Review Process

  1. After submission, an acknowledgment email will be sent within 2 days.

  2. The manuscript will then be reviewed by subject experts.

  3. The review process normally takes 10–15 days.

  4. Manuscripts are evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Originality of the content

  • Adequacy of the literature review

  • Conceptual rigor

  • Logical and technical soundness

  • Writing quality

  • Limitations of the study and scope for further research

  • References formatted according to APA style

  1. The Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor reserve the right to accept or reject a manuscript without assigning any reason.

  2. After completion of the review process, authors will be informed of the final decision via email.
