Refund and Cancellation Policy
ACS reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. ACS, at its sole discretion, may cancel any order(s) under the following conditions:
- Fraudulent Transaction
If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or - Violation of Terms of Use
If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or - Delivery-Related Logistical Difficulties
For any reason outside the control of ACS, including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties.
Refund/Cancellation Policies Applicable Under the Following Conditions:
a) Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded.
b) Order Cancellation After Shipment (But Before Delivery)
If the item has been shipped but not yet delivered, the order can still be cancelled online. The total order amount, after deducting shipment and handling charges, will be refunded. The refund will be processed once the non-delivered (NDR) item is returned intact to the courier.
c) Non-Cancellable Orders Post Delivery
Once the order has been delivered, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.
d) Downloadable Data Products
If the product involves downloadable data, cancellation will not be possible.
e) Failed Transactions or Double Billing
In the event of failed transactions or double billing for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.
f) Bank/Card Transaction Charges
For cancelled orders or failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyer, if any, may be forfeited.
g) Refund Guarantees
ACS offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the buyer’s card/account.
h) Part Cancellations
In the case of part cancellations, the refunded amount will correspond to the cancelled portion of the order.
