In many of these nations, the lockdown has forced millions of tourism, hospitality, and contract  employees out of jobs, suffering financial deprivation, ultimately leading to debt and poverty.  Tourism workers are more vulnerable than ever since little is being done to mitigate the  pandemic’s consequences. The protection and livelihoods of many are now at risk in many  regions. However, the tourism and hospitality industry stakeholders must stay strong and wait  for the right time to resume the activities with appropriate strategies. This study demonstrated  the overview by analyzing stakeholders’ damage due to the global pandemic and tourism shut  down. The experts believe that utilizing appropriate tourism opening will ease the pressure and  help recover the sector accordingly. Recognizing the immense impacts of such crises on the  tourism industry, this study focuses on putting recovery to good use and building a roadmap  for making social and environmental justice more prominent in global change for a prosperous  future for tourism. This study particularly indicated some coping strategies that will be  definitely helpful for researchers and practitioners.
