Abstract

This paper analyses the articles published from 2004 – 2018 by Avinashilingam Institute for  Home Science and Higher Education for women, Coimbatore Tamilnadu. The data were  retrieved from Indian Citation Index during the period. The study 824 publications were  published by the university and the highest numbers of research papers 774 were published in  the form of articles. Majority of the articles were contributed by two authors with publication  of 650 articles and value of degree of collaboration was 0.992. This article tries to give a clear  picture of the research performance at Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher  Education for women, Coimbatore Tamilnadu based on the publication, which are indexed at  Indian Citation Index.
