Abstract

The libraries forced to adopt new technologies to provide online based library services and satisfy the  information requirements of the users. Online information otherwise called as digital information, in the  new era is changing the duties and services in all fields from traditional to digital form. The information is  a dynamic and unending resource that affects all disciplines and all walks of life. It supports education,  research and development.
