Abstract

Public libraries are being used by the youth to meet their information needs. Many unemployed youths are spending their time in public libraries and honing their skills and knowledge. They are using the  public library services to prepare for various competitive examinations and recruitment processes. In this  context, it is proposed to evaluate the satisfaction levels of urban youth towards public libraries in  fulfilling their knowledge needs. The paper represents Data Analysis of library usage according to gender,  age, education, location, timing, and content-wise profiles in tabular form.
