A field experiment was conducted with ten treatments, replicated thrice, in Agronomy Main Research Farm, Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar to study the effect of integrated nutrient management on yield and nutrient uptake of sesame during rabi 2020. Maximum crop growth rate (9.29 g/m2/day) was observed within 45-60 DAS under STBFR+ lime @ 5q ha–1 + gypsum @ 2.5 q ha–1 + FYM @ 5 t ha–1 + NPK consortia @ 1 L ha–1. The highest number of capsules plant–1 (51.20), longer capsules (2.63 cm), highest number of seeds capsule–1 (71.33), test weight (3.43g) and seed yield (830 kg ha–1) were witnessed from integrated nutrient management practice of STBFR+ lime @ 5 q ha–1 + gypsum @ 2.5 q ha–1 + FYM @ 5 t ha–1 + NPK consortia 1 L ha–1 closely followed by STBFR+ lime @ 5 q ha–1 + gypsum @ 2.5 q ha–1 + FYM @ 5 t ha–1 application and was significantly superior to all other treatments. Maximum uptake of N (19.53 and 27.33 kg ha–1), P2O5 (8.74 and 13.91 kg ha–1), K2O (4.81 and 17.86 kg ha–1) and S (12.45 and 16.92 kg ha–1) in seed and stalk were observed under application of STBFR + lime @ 5 q ha–1 + gypsum @ 2.5 q ha–1 + FYM @ 5 t ha–1 + NPK consortia 1 L ha–1, respectively.
