Abstract

The article describes the dynamics of of changes in the blood of leukocytes and the immune e ssystem depending many biochemical components in the he blood of Karakul sheep varies depending on the seasons, feeding winter and spring, as these conditions ons occur as a result of poor nutrition and lack of nunutrients. Leukocyte formula or the percentage of leukocycytes tes in the blood to each other called a leukogram. DetermDetermining the percentage of leukocytes in the blood blood is important in making a diagnosis and predicting g the consequences that can be observed.   Determination on of the leukocyte formula in Karakul sheep allows a perfperfect calculation of the amount of basophils, eosinopphi hils, neutrophils, lymphocytes and monocytes among ththe 100 leukocytes listed in the sample. Lymphocytes pplay lay a key role in the   body's special protective reactionns,s,  ie the formation of cellular and humoral immunity.
