Role of Natrum Muriaticum in a Holistic Homoeopathic Treatment – A Case Report

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most prevalent, chronic, complex, endocrinal disorders occurring mostly in 20 – 30 years females with numerous life-long complications if left untreated. Homoeopathy along with few lifestyle modifications treats the patients in a more gentle, rapid and permanent manner along with the help of individualized homoeopathic similimum. This case report highlights in up lighting the holistic approach of homoeopathy with a single similimum doses in treating an 18-years old unmarried female diagnosed with PCOS and treated with Natrum muriaticum with subsequent higher potency as per the need of the case. The improvement in the case is evident through post-treatment USG report and thyroid profile and was accessed through MONARCH criteria scoring 9.
